Our standard EAP counselling services are available to employees 24/7. For the time being, our team of registered mental health clinicians are able to provide sessions via phone or video chat. Appointments can easily be arranged by getting in contact with our friendly intake team.

Manager Assist

The Manager Assist service is designed to provide support and tools to managers, supervisors and team leaders dealing with challenges and transitions at work. This is a confidential space to discuss workplace concerns and develop solutions.

Onsite Support

For the time being, if organisations are adhering to DHHS guidelines, our onsite support services are available under certain circumstances. Clinicians can provide onsite debriefing and counselling to staff members. D’Accord OAS can assist in supporting staff who are dealing with news of their workplace closing temporarily or dealing with effects of COVID-19.


D’Accord OAS continues to develop and provide company specific training via video conferencing for staff working remotely. In addition to our existing training programs, we can provide support and upskilling to staff experiencing challenges caused by COVID-19. This can include support surrounding health and financial anxiety, coping with changes in the workplace and coping with isolation and working remotely.

COVID-19, Resilliance & Self-care Webinar: This online session is aimed at providing management and employees the opportunity to discuss challenges surrounding COVID-19, find solutions and build resilience.

Content will be tailored for target audience, e.g. Managers/Executives, HR/Work Health & Safety staff and general employees. All adaptable for specific industries, company, geographic region and staff numbers.
