EAP counselling is short term and solution based, focusing on resolving work related and personal issues with the help of a qualified professional counsellor. People turn to counselling when they need support or guidance in their lives. Counselling provides the opportunity to talk things through, which will likely relieve emotional stress, paving the way for people to focus and decide what to do next.
D’Accord’s EAP counselling is provided to the highest of the quality. Given our stringent service standards, we only engage personnel with extensive experience in EAP, trauma management and organisational psychology. Our minimum requirement for experience in EAP and CISM service delivery is 6 years. We can proudly state that our average years of experience in EAP and trauma management service delivery across Australia are 16 years.
D’Accord OAS is able to provide phone or face to face appointments Australia wide. D’Accord has over 1,600 clinicians across Australia and we are able to provide telephone with 15 minutes of the initial call. Face to face counselling will be arranged within 48 hours of the initial contact.
